Five first steps. Each is ticked as soon as it is done, in whichever app you do it. Everything stays in this browser.
Products are kept in Inventory, the product catalogue. They are not copied here.
Numbers are gapless. Changing the prefix or digits affects new numbers only. The next number can only move forward.

Full backup
A backup holds every record, deleted ones included, in one file.
Everything in one file
Every app in the suite in one .backup.json file: Data, Files, Gallery, Music playlists, templates and profile settings. Secrets and caches are never in it.
Restore
The whole file is checked first. A bad file changes nothing. A good one replaces every record here.
Reset
Erases every record in this browser. A full backup downloads first, and you type RESET to confirm.
