About Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders writes purchase orders to your suppliers: the products or services, quantities, buying prices and tax, with an expected delivery date and a PDF in the same templates as your invoices. Place the order, and the list shows what is on its way and what is late. When the goods arrive, Receive puts every product line into stock in Inventory in one step. When the supplier bill comes, Record bill posts it to your books as a paid expense in Expenses, with the tax to reclaim, and links it to the order, so nothing is entered twice. Suppliers are contacts like your customers, and they stay out of your sales pipeline. Everything stays in this browser, and nothing is uploaded.
