Favicon generator: ICO, PNG and Apple icons from one picture
Drop your logo (SVG or a large PNG works best) and get one ZIP with every icon file and the lines to paste into your page’s <head>.
Accepts
PNG image (.png), JPEG image (.jpg), SVG image (.svg), WebP image (.webp). Other file types are not converted on this page; the File Converter hub takes every kind it knows.
How to convert
- The picture is fitted into a square, centred, never stretched: a wide logo gets space above and below. Add space around it if the icon looks cramped.
- The ZIP holds favicon.ico (16, 32 and 48 px in one file), PNG icons at 16, 32, 48, 192 and 512 px, apple-touch-icon.png at 180 px, site.webmanifest and head-tags.html. Upload them to the root of your site and paste the tags.
Your files stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded: the conversion runs in your browser, and the file is never sent to PartPriced Tools or to any other server.
Questions
Why does the Apple icon have a background?
iPhones and iPads show transparent parts of a home screen icon as black, so that icon is always filled: white, or the colour you choose.
Is an SVG logo better?
Yes. An SVG is drawn sharp at every size; a PNG should be at least 512 px wide.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The conversion runs in your browser, on this device. Your files are not sent to PartPriced Tools or to any other server.
