Which one to choose

Timesheets is our pick if you work on your own and bill by the hour: hourly rates, billable time and one-click draft invoices are free, with no account, and it installs from the browser on a phone or computer and works offline. It has no team features and no sync between devices.

Choose Clockify for a small team: five users, unlimited tracking, idle detection and native apps everywhere. Choose Toggl Track for polished timers that sync across devices for up to three people; both charge for billable rates. Harvest's free plan includes invoicing too, for one seat and two projects.
