vCard to Excel (XLSX) converter
Turn a .vcf address book into an Excel workbook with one row for each contact.
Accepts
vCard (.vcf). Other file types are not converted on this page.
How to convert
- Drop one or more vCard files (.vcf). Each contact in the file becomes one row.
- Choose Convert to XLSX. The columns are Name, First name, Last name, Organisation, Job title, E-mail, Phone, Address, Website and Note.
- Download the workbook. Open it in Excel, LibreOffice or Spreadsheets to sort, filter or print.
Your files stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded: the conversion runs in your browser, and the file is never sent to PartPriced Tools or to any other server.
Questions
Does the workbook have formatting?
No. It holds the values in one sheet named Sheet1, with the column names in the first row.
Are contacts with no name kept?
Yes, if they have any other field. A contact with no name is written with its e-mail or phone in the first column, as the vCard shows it.
