Video to JPG converter (a frame)
Take a still picture from a video: choose the moment, and the frame is saved as a JPG.
How it works
The video is read by ffmpeg.wasm, the frame at the time you choose is decoded, and the picture is saved as JPG.
A time past the end of the video gives the last frame.
Your files never leave this device. The video engine is downloaded once from jsDelivr the first time you convert a video, then the browser keeps it.
Your files stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded, and the converter runs entirely in your browser.
Questions
Which frame do I get?
The frame at the time you enter, in seconds. Time 0 is the very first frame, which is often black.
Can I take many frames?
Each conversion gives one picture. Convert the same video again with a different time to get another.
Are files uploaded?
No. The frame is taken on this device.
