How to convert
- Every cue keeps its text and timing and is numbered from 1. NOTE, STYLE and REGION blocks and cue settings are left out, since SRT has none.
- Shift the timing by a number of seconds (negative for earlier).

What about positioning?
SRT has no cue settings, so positions such as align:start are dropped.
