Make a photo slideshow with music

Drop your photos and a song, and Video Remix makes a slideshow video: each photo for the time you set, with a fade or a slide in and out, and the music under the whole thing.

How to do it

Open Video Remix and drop your photos on Clips and photos. Video clips can go in too.
Set Audio to Music and press Pick music file to choose the song.
Under Photos, set How long each shows, and pick Enter and Exit: none, fade or slide.
Choose the Export preset, such as Landscape 1920×1080 or Phone vertical, and press Remix.
Play the preview, then press Export to save the video.

Questions

Can I choose the order of the photos?

The seed picks the order, and Reshuffle picks another. You can also drag cuts up or down in the cut list, or drag a photo from the bin onto a cut to replace it.

Does the music fade at the end?

Yes. The music fades out over the last 2 seconds of the video.

Which format is the video?

WebM, or MP4 where your browser records MP4. The export records in real time, so a 30-second slideshow takes about 30 seconds.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. The slideshow is made and recorded in your browser, and your photos stay on your device.
