How to do it

  1. Record an expense with New expense, or read one from a receipt photo with From a receipt…
  2. Log trips with Mileage…
  3. Record bills you have not paid yet and mark them paid later.
  4. See monthly totals in Summary and Download CSV for your accountant.

What it has: expenses by supplier and category, the tax to reclaim, receipt reading on the device, mileage claims, bills to pay, posting to the ledger and CSV export. What it does not have: approvals, a team, card feeds or reimbursement payments.

Is Expenses made by Expensify?

No. PartPriced Tools is not affiliated with Expensify. Expensify is a trademark of its owner, and the name is used here only to describe what people search for.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes, and From a receipt… can use the camera. Nothing to install: just open it in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. It keeps working without internet after your first visit. Want an icon on your home screen? On iPhone or iPad, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the browser menu and tap Add to Home screen. On a computer, click the install icon in the address bar. The data stays on that phone.

Is there an account or a limit?

No account and no limit on expenses. Everything is kept in your browser.
